THIS IS THE JOB

Our ultimate company goal is to help our clients to become data-driven. As a Software Quality Architect at Stratiteq, your key responsibilities are leading the development and test teams in best practices for implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Think Production Readiness, Operation Excellence, Data Driven Decisions. You are responsible for designing the test strategy and release processes and making sure it is supported by relevant automations. You take part in the configuration of the CI/CD pipeline from beginning to the end, making sure that we use the quality standards needed in such a pipeline. You are a part of the dialog with clients at an early stage and you are an important partner when it comes to advising our clients regarding the quality of the solutions.

You are the one making sure we have the quality in mind all the time. As described before sharing knowledge is a natural part of the Stratiteq culture, and as Software Quality Architect you play a big part in this by sharing your knowledge within quality assurance and testing and assist in the practical parts of the testing when needed.

THIS IS YOU

To succeed as a Software Quality Architect at Stratiteq, you keep an open mind and stay curious. You learn from others and share experiences. As a Software Quality Architect, you need to have previous experience, where you have had a leading within quality and testing. You have experience working with cloud-based systems such as Azure, AWS or CI/CD in other cloud environment. You view your client and team’s success as your own. You have great communication skills so you can lead and advise clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, in your field of expertise. You have passion for your craft and the ability to drive your own personal development.

For this role you need to be comfortable in both Swedish and English.
