We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer to join us in our work to shape the next generation of smarter and more sustainable mobility. As a Software Quality Engineer working in the Motion Control department you will play a key role in adopting a strategic approach to implement built-in Quality and improve our ASPICE compliance. You will become a trusted advisor to System and Software Engineering practitioners. You will be based at our office in Lindholmen, but occasionally you would travel abroad.

This is the Software Quality Engineer role

- Driving quality and compliance throughout the Software development process.
- Mentoring and educating the team on CEVT processes and ASPICE.
- Driving and participating in work product reviews and process assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Verifying process and product quality of the software to stay compliant to CEVT and customer quality requirements.
- Collecting and analyzing the projects matrix data and trends.
- Interfacing to OEM regarding software/system relevant quality topics.
- Assisting and encouraging the software team in Continuous Process Improvement activities.
- Active participation in technical innovation programs.


Required background and qualifications

- Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance/Software Development/Testing preferably in Embedded domain.
- You have experience with capability maturity models (Automotive SPICE) and Quality Management Systems (ISO9001).
- You are familiar with agile methods and state of the art of development tools like IBM DOORS, Systemweaver, Jira, GIT, Confluence.
- You are fluent in English.
