Swisslog AB Swisslog is a global provider of logistic solutions for warehouses, distribution centers and hospitals.Warehouse & Distribution Solutions is the largest of the Swisslog divisions with an annual net sales of 400 MCHF and 1 100 employees in 15 countries world-wide.Our products and services include logistics consulting, system design, project management, system integration and implementation and customer services as well as in-house software and control systems.Blue chip companies such as Wal-Mart, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Gallo Wine and the Foster's Group are all among those who continue to rely on the experience of Swisslog for improving their Supply Chain Management.Swisslog AB is an affiliate of the Swisslog Group with 120 employees and offices in Partille and Boxholm.There now exists an opportunity for the following: Software Support Manager to our office in Partille.This position is responsible for managing the Software Support Engineering team, containing 14 employees.The goal of the team is to make sure that the automated material warehouse management software (and the overall warehouse management installation) remains in operation with maximum uptime according to agreements. He or she is to assure that efficiency level of the rendered services meets the required level of revenues, expenses and profit margins.Through reliable and prompt service, the trust of the customer in Swisslog s software support should increase, resulting in the expansion of the service level agreements per installation and ultimately growing software support service revenue/installation. You will develop businesses with both new and current customers.As a person you are businesslike and result orientated.You also see the importance to keep, maintain and develop long-term customer relationships. As a manager you need to achieve and maintain a high level of team motivation, team spirit and customer orientation.You will work together with experienced and skilled team members.You also need to maintain and build up customer relationship in order to develop Swisslog s business- and service applications. You will maintain close contacts with other internal departments and report to your Manager in UK.Many of our customers are located in Scandinavia, but we also manage and deliver projects in the UK and Benelux.We work close together with our colleagues at our headquarters in Switzerland. Your qualifications and personal skills: .Post graduate degree preferably in Logistics or Software .At least 5 years track record in software development, support or logistics .Experience of personnel management .Great leadership skills .Experience from sales of services and of long term customer relations .Good communication, listening, verbal and posing skills .Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and in writing.
