Software Tester

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.Through UCG recruitment we also help companies with permanent staff.All our openings require at least three years work experience from the IT business. Job description: Consultant role is to execute test cases in various environments of client tailormade software system.The tester has responsibility for proving that the system works as specified and that it does not do anything it is not suppose to.Required skills: - ability to understand the business needs and requirements of the system and the functional area of responsibility - execution of the test scripts, logging of results and reporting of faults.- comminicating own testing status to the test teamleader - writing and reviewing test cases and consept documents - basic knowledge of test types and methods - basic technical knowledge from information systems - good analytical skills - good team working skills - excellent written and oral English skills To achieve a more even gender distribution among our consultants we are positive to female applicants.We would like applicants to submit a detailed CV in Word-format.In this ad we are primarily looking for employees, but we also invite persons operating their own companies to apply.We decline approaches from recruiters and other sales persons.
