PURPOSE OF JOB Oriflame is seeking a Solutions Analyst to perform requirements analysis and functional design for the system ERP, including translating business needs to the development team and providing functional help for the developers on the solution.As a solution analyst you will be working with business process analysis, system architecture, and process flows.You will be able to perform system transition activities, such as testing, writing quality assurance documentation, client training, and supporting the implementation team as necessary.Execute test scripts, create test plans, and document what you find. QUALIFICATIONS You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.You have a Supply Chain understanding.Supply planning or ERP system user experience is required, IFS experience JDA experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.Experience in problem based solving methods is an advantage. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Excellent communication skills and customer orientation attitude Process orientated with a team approach Problem solving skills Dynamic and self motivated Fluency in English, other languages is an advantage EMPLOYMENT Temporary position 6 months-1 year.As Oriflame is expanding other opportunities may occur for the right person.
