Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is experienced in working on projects that span multiple organizations and business units.

What you'll do:
● Responsible for the entire system development process which involves analysis, requirements, development, testing and implementation.
● Lead integrations activities and guide and support the developers, to secure that implementations follow the architectural principles.
● Ensure that the solutions align to the enterprise policies as defined by the Architecture & Standards team.
● Work with Digital and Technical Leads to align the roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the technical stack.
● Provide the teams with policies and guidelines regarding software engineering practices to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.

Who you are:
● Experience with various security-enhancing solutions (such as encryption, certificate management, network implementation).
● 4+ years of experience in designing and building solutions with service-oriented or event-oriented architecture.
● Strong business understanding and experience in designing HRIS data landscapes within the context of business processes.
● Have technical understanding and experience of working with data flows, data security and integration design.
● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
