In 2017 our client decided to outsource its IT organization to make it service-oriented and flexible. The challenges and goals forward our client is facing is setting the global processes and systems as the main goal is to make IT standardized and centralized globally where the global IT organization is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a Solution Architect, you are responsible for our clients transformation strategy and together with the Business Analyst, you’ll define solution design and be responsible for the execution of our clients roadmap. Since you’re a part of the Sales, CRM, and Digital Channels team, your focus will be to lead and develop the sales process configuration through CRM and e-commerce globally, which will mean both stakeholder and vendor management. Among many projects, you’ll work with the rollout of the new e-commerce platform and the development of our clients new CPQ landscape.

Qualifications

Since our clients IT department has gone through an organizational change, they´re in a phase where you need to have a prestigeless and a solution-oriented approach to your work tasks and thrive to build, develop and set new processes. As your role is central for our client, you must be fearless and can take the initiative for change and interact and communicate in a global environment.

To succeed as a Solution Architect, we ask that you further have:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Solution design
- Experience in configuration from CRM solution, E-commerce, and CPQ
- Worked with SAP and towards OCT/Sales processes
- You’re fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and in writing
- Experience of EPI is an added advantage
