Job Description
What you will do
As Solution Architect/Software Engineer You will be the spokesperson towards H&M Business Tech teams & external partners around solution creation, development roadmap and backlogs.
You are the one having the holistic view, using customer insights, of how the solutions across markets adds value and ties into the defined business outcomes.
​With this in mind you will identify, evaluate and recommend alternative design options for evolving the solution to add even more value, taking the existing systems into account.


Responsibilities
Co-plan between H&M Bus Tec teams & partners around feature rollout and priorities.
Translate the product strategy and requirements into suitable, maintainable and scalable solution design according to existing architecture guard rails.
Set requirements, drive testing and deployment of software solutions
Operate and support infrastructure, toolset and deployment pipelines in close cooperation with external partners.
In close cooperation with H&M Bus Tec teams & external partners, design and build high-performing and secure software solutions according to the customer needs with given tools and languages​
Evaluation and onboarding of new external partners.



It’s your priority to make sure the team delivers solutions on time and identify and eliminate potential waste.
Your mindset & skills
You perform early analysis, including positioning of capabilities in the internal and external system landscape, as well as recommending alternative solution options and technical choices​.
Ability to comprehend the different architectural view-points and identify and understand their dependencies​.
We also believe that you have
Experience creating system design and models used as part of the software solutions
Experience of collaborating effectively with External Partners, Engineers in other Products/Areas or Enabling engineering teams to solve and reduce technical dependencies​
Lead and support A/B testing, Acceptance test and UAT
Experience having technical discussions regarding solution creation, development roadmap and backlogs
Used to facilitating agile ceremonies, development planning and discussion around MVP:s based on capabilities and architectural landscape
Experience evaluating, onboarding and maintaining external partners



Tech background
Cloud - preferably Azure or GCP
CI/CD
IT architecture, design and integration
Test automation
DevOps



It’s a plus if you
Know of API:s, JSON, REST, Postman, Docker, Kubernetes XML, HTML, JavaScript, GraphQL, REACT and Node.js
Have experience from POS (Point Of Sale) and EFT (Card Payments)
Have experience from SEO, working agile and E-commerce
