Business Applications, a part of IT product management, is responsible for the Global Business Applications within Ericsson, including strategic directions, roadmaps, development and application ownership within the global IS landscape.Job description As a Solution Area Manager you will have an important role supporting the development of the strategic application landscape.You will be responsible for product strategy and development as an integrated part of the strategic global landscape.You will ensure that all actions are in compliance with the Ericsson direction and strategies and also formulate the IS strategy within your area of responsibility.You will also be responsible for developing the relationship with outsourcing partners.Working with these partners you will create an application roadmap and define and monitor development activities for the coming 12-24 months, including costs and cost targets.You will also manage the application requirements and ensure the use of standard solutions in a cost-efficient way.
