Solution Coordinator, IKEA IMS

We are on our way to build a focused team that work with our indirect e-procurement tool and now we are looking for a Solution Coordinator.

As a Solution coordinator you will mainly work with support and coordination of IT-services to all our markets, most of the support and coordinating activities will be connected to our indirect e-procurement solution. You will work with most parts of IKEA IMS but also our stakeholders and suppliers. You will work in our Solution Support team who handle the key-user support, manuals and running business key-user trainings.

You will coordinate people from different units and cultures and manage communication to stakeholders relevant for the support and coordinating work. You will conduct trainings for new and existing markets and/or new ways of working.

Is this the right challenge for you?
We see that you have:

-A university degree within Business Administration, IT or similar.
-3-6 years professional experience connected to procurement, e-procurement, IT or other similar area.
-Good understanding of project management methodology (preferably PPS) and change management.
-Have high administrative skills and love to keep track of things.
-The ability to create great co-operation with internal and external colleagues.
-Good knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
-Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, any other language is a plus.
