About the job
As a Solution Lead in our organization, you’re part of developing solutions to meet our business demands and ensure successful implementation of system improvements in all our IT solutions. In this particular role, your focus area is RPA - an important enabler to improve our ways of working and become more efficient. You also support in solution design and development within other areas. In close collaboration with our business partners, you design, develop and implement software solutions based on requirements; taking scalability, security, accessibility and extendibility in consideration. You also actively engage in the full life-cycle of our development processes, which includes pre-studies, system specifications and time estimates. All in all, you’re the one to turn to with any RPA related questions, and you provide us with strong knowledge in the identification of potential RPA processes to lead us towards a more efficient tomorrow!
The location for this position is global flexible, but preferably you’re based in Sweden.
Your background and character
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree within IT, or the equivalent experienced gained from a working career, combined with at least five years’ experience from a similar field. You have architect skills and a system developer background, as well as experience from demand management and a good general understanding of business processes and capabilities. You also have experience from developing RPA processes in the BluePrism-environment. Working in an international setting calls for excellent communication skills in English.
You’re driven and eager to design successful solutions, always with a strong focus on details and accuracy. You enjoy working independently and, at the same time, you’re a true team-player who believes that great collaboration is key. To multitask and effectively work cross-functionally is not a problem for you, and you happily make recommendations to help us solve issues in line with company policies and practices. On top of this, you’re a great communicator, and with your friendly and professional demeanor you easily build strong relationships all across our organization.
