In the role, you will be part of the Application Management team, which consists of senior employees who all run their own teams in each area. You will report to Head of Application Management.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities and Activities:
Solution Manager Integration is responsible for managing Scandi Standard’s new integration solution and for implementing and maintaining a modern integration architecture at Scandi Standard. The role is responsible for vendor relationship with the iPaaS vendor (Boomi) and for managing any internal or external resources for Integration Development and Management. This requires close interactions with business and IT stakeholders in need of application integration. Initially, the role will be very active in the project to set up a receiving governance organization for the new Integration service.


Communicate integration strategy and principles to key stakeholders.
Manage business demands and change requests.
Coordinate solution design & development with key experts and service providers.
Manage releases & service windows, communicate to relevant stakeholders.
Manage operations and support of the integration platform.
 Manage life cycle activities and preventive/perfective maintenance of the integration solution, including upgrades.
Secure working ITSM processes for Incident, Problem and Change Management. Safeguard the solution, maintain integration guidelines, routines and documentation.
Lead vendor & service partner governance forums, manage contracts, licenses, SLA.
 Adhere to compliance & security requirements.


Qualifications
We are looking for
You probably have a background with several years of experience working with Integration solutions and platforms, preferably in the context of ERP domains and from similar roles such as Service Manager, Project Manager, Integration lead or Product Owner.


Technically curios with a basic understanding of integration patterns and architecture.
Driven by business value creation and can easily manage a large group of stakeholders from both business and IT.
Experienced with know-how of ITSM processes and IT governance models (ITIL, PM3 etc).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Experienced of budget and follow-up work.
Have an academic background or other relevant experience.

It is particularly meritorious if you have experience of the integration platform Boomi. We believe that you may have run integration projects or otherwise have experience from project oriented work, preferably in the context of international FMCG companies. An extra plus if you are a good facilitator and have knowledge of agile working methods. 

For you, it is obvious to create structure and to organize your work to succeed with your delivery. You are open and communicative and can explain complex solutions in a simple way. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious and results-oriented.
