The Marketing & Communications function aims to establish Networks as a market leader, across technology, commercial and business, for the long-term among our customers. About this opportunity
We are now looking for an upbeat business and technology savvy marketer to work with marketing globally for Radio Access Networks.
Working within the solution marketing team, you will develop marketing plans and content both for demand generation and sales readiness. You will work with the larger team to deliver the needed messages, positioning, and campaigns to drive Networks’ wanted position of being the global leader in 5G and beyond, and ahead in the eyes of our customers.
Furthermore, we are looking for a business and tech savvy person who can engage the full marketing and sales teams. The role is based in Stockholm but will interface partners across the globe.
This position reports to the Head of Solution Marketing.
Own the overall marketing responsibilities for 5G value, 5G monetization, and cost leadership
Build the marketing plan, buying personas, competitive landscape, and customer value argumentation
Lead cross-team and partner agencies to implement the plan, including messages, insights, demos and announcements
Act as a domain expert, an internal spokesperson, and represent Ericsson at customer meetings, and events
Identify and drive customer success stories and reference cases
You will bring
University degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent training/experience
5+ years of relevant work experience consisting of many successful examples in marketing and business development for communication service providers
Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Some of the core competences linked to the position include
Written and verbal communication skills in English
Problem solving skills
