SOP Business Analyst

As member of EMEA Sales Order Planning order business development & reports team, you will have a responsibility for the run of dedicated EMEA KPIs and PIs. You will report to the EMEA SOP Order Development manager.

Mission
Manage, control and secure the EMEA SOP indicators for Volvo and Renault. EMEA Sales Order Planning supports the sales organization solving supply issues and driving commonality in the order & Delivery process.

Main activities and responsibilities
- In charge of reports : logistic report, Customer adaptation report, Claims report, orderbook stability report data quality
- Response to the operational key users
- Understand the key user specific needs and design adhoc queries
- Manage the portfolio of queries (modify, update & develop) -
Manage and update the teamplace

Critical competencies for the position
- Knowledge of EMEA MAS & DCL processes
- Knowledge of production steps in the MAS process
- Skilled in OM, GCSV, Proper and Rubi
- Skilled in BO, Report Builder, BW
- Open to key user
- Analytical capacity
- Fluent in English written and spoken
