Responsibilities
You will be working for an international company which is the leader of energy management solutions. They are now going through a transformation and will change the way they work today which you will be able to be a part of. You will work in a diverse and supportive team of professionals and report to Northern Europe Indirect Procurement Manager.
What you´ll do:
• The overall objectives consist of reaching the savings target for the country through project management initiatives. There is a purchasing operating plan outlined, and you will be expected to deliver those projects and identify new initiatives which will boost the productivity performance for Sweden.
• Collaborate with regional commodity managers, to ensure solutions to be implemented are in line with corporate strategy.
• Ensure any complaints arising from stakeholders are dealt with effectively and develop/monitor supplier development plans as necessary.
• Report progress of the country performance, achievements and roadblocks to IP manager and country CFO
• Lead organization evolution in collaboration with the business transformation projects
Working hours
Full time, start immediately, consultancy period of 8 months to end of August. There could be an option to become permanent at the end of the duration. The office is located in Solna. They work remotely and from the office, flexible. You don’t need to be located in Stockholm.
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
• 2-3 years of strong experience and knowledge of working within Indirect Procurement Supply Chain process from Tendering, Negotiation, Supplier Selection Criteria, Contract Award and Implementation.
• Good level of knowledge on Real Estate, Company Cars, Telecoms, Travel and/or Marketing.
• Proven track record of successful Procurement Leadership and/or Transformation leadership
• Experience working in a global project/matrix organization with cross cultural experience.
• Strong English as well as Swedish communication skills, written and oral.

Preferable qualification but not mandatory:
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay system Coupa, SAP, and SSP-SRM supplier portals
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business in related field.
