As the Sourcing Operations Specialist you will support improving supplier relationships through increasing paid on time, via supplier data clean up, maintenance, PO accuracy, invoicing and payment. Work with key stakeholders to provide coaching and support for the indirect & direct sourcing processes for your assigned region(s). Support the procurement process through collaboration with the requester and buy desk. Create tools to help requesters and sourcing team in navigating the source to pay process. Look for and support implementation of continuous improvement ideas to lean out the source to pay process.
What you’ll do
Support migration and clean-up of Supplier information in Oracle and Cytiva’s supplier information management portal, HICX Solutions. Including but not limited to: tax, banking, and contacts.
Assist in purchase order clean-up for aged and past due orders.
Maintenance and creation (as required) of purchase orders, Blanket Purchase Agreements, Approved Supplier Lists, sourcing rules, etc. related to supplier maintenance activities.
Provide support for EU region and Globally (as required) for supplier onboarding, maintenance, and compliance, becoming fluent in Cytiva’s overall suppler/source to pay policies.
Coach and support internal clients in overall source to pay process, from purchase requisition creation to invoice payment.
Support competitive bidding, cash initiatives, order placement, partnering with the Strategic Sourcing teams
Support purchase requisition creation, material/service receipts, and invoice resolution for assigned regions/teams working with offshore buy desk operations.
Resolve supplier concerns working directly with Cytiva’s global supply base, accounts payables, and requesters.
Advocate and partner with strategic sourcing teams and accounts payable to ensure Cytiva sourcing and payables policies are adhered to and strategic suppliers are utilized.
Work with key strategic suppliers, Cytiva strategic sourcing, and IT to grow and expand indirect material punchout supplier sites for assigned region(s).
Create work instructions, guides, and videos to help requesters navigate the source to pay process.
Support leaning out and simplifying the overall source to pay process.



Who you are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in source to pay field (purchasing, AP, operations)
Experience with supplier information management systems, accounts payables, oracle or similar source to pay support platforms is desired.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel, both short and long term.
Willingness to self-learn and uncover continuous improvement ideas.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Drive for results utilizing project management, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a matrixed reporting environment, as you will report to a manager in US.
Fluent in Swedish and English, for both written and verbal communication.
