This customer unit provides services within areas such as Operational Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance & Accounting and Human Resources, and they serve companies inside as well as outside of Sweden.As the number of countries to which the supply services are increasing, this results in the need of new staff for the Operational Procurement department. The assignment: You will be responsible to optimize the Procurement Process, which involves the following: . Optimizing the sourcing process from "Purchase to Pay" within your commodity .Participate and drive improvement projects . Participate in supplier classifications . Participate in negotiations with suppliers . Evaluate and follow up suppliers concerning quality, service and costs Qualifications: You have a Bachelor of Business Administration/ Bachelor of Science.Your professional back-ground is from sourcing in an international business environment, where you have experience from leading people in different projects.You need to be business-oriented, efficient, flexible and well structured to manage the role.As a person you have a strong interest in interacting with people, and empowerment and coaching comes natural for you.Furthermore you are service-minded and find it easy to communicate with people from different cultures.You are a skilled user of different IS/IT-tools/ web tools, SAP and Microsoft Office, and have excellent skills in writing and speaking both Swedish and English.
