Sourcing & Supply Manager at Airsonett

Airsonett is a research based medical technology company situated with the head quarters in the beautiful town of Ängelholm.Large scale clinical multi center studies have shown powerful clinical effect and supporting health economy resulting in Airsonett being able to present the first ever evidence based non-pharmaceutical treatment of asthma.The company is in a commercialization phase and the demand for the products is expected to rise within the coming few years.Airsonett are in the startup of building a production plant in Ängelholm and also building a distribution network for large quantities on the export market.The production team now needs to complement the group with a Sourcing & Supply Manager. The objective for the position as Sourcing & Supply Manager is to drive and ensure a cost efficient supply chain of products and services to/from Airsonett.The Sourcing & Supply Manager will report to COO and collaborate with other team members to reach the goals and directives from the management of Airsonett.Success factors Critical success factors are: -Out of a total cost perspective, focus, drive and deliver results -to manage the materials planning (MRP) -Understand Lean principles in purchasing and logistics -High degree of technical understanding (Engineering background) Sourcing & Supply Manager ?Specification of requirements Accountable for processes including: -Drive supplier efficiency and quality -Find negotiate and contract new suppliers -Sourcing of new suppliers for the different parts of the products as well as the logistics cost/flow -Materials planning and budgeting activities Qualifications: -Master of science in logistics or equivalent -Experience from strategic Sourcing & Supply employment -Documented negotiating experience -Knowledge of contractual law -Experience from an international environment -Cost awareness -Business- and personally driven -Analytical -Result orientated Application and contact In this recruitment, Airsonett is working with Hudson Global Resources.
