Technology Support at ABB AB, Corporate Research offers expertise and experimental resources
to ABB globally. 30 persons work as internal consultants, offering advanced problem solving and
supporting development projects in the fields of materials, chemistry and mechanics. We mostly
work directly in contact with the technical departments within the ABB divisions, but we also
support research and development projects at Corporate Research. We offer a stimulating work
environment with challenging technical issues, a cross-disciplinary approach to problem solving, a large network of technical partners and many customer contacts.
Arbetsuppgifter
We are now looking for a chemist specialized in the field of chemical analysis. An important part of
the job is to independently develop and perform chemical analyses on various materials on
consulting basis, which means that you will be responsible for costumer contacts, time planning, experimental work, reposting and cost control.
Utbildning/Erfarenhet
You hold a MSc and at least five years of relevant working experience or a PhD in chemistry. You
are analytical, innovative and action oriented. We believe you have a genuine interest in solving
technical problems, good communication skills, enjoy experimental work and that you are
customer oriented. Excellent skills in reporting both orally and written in Swedish and English are required.
