Do you want to be part of a fast growing international company?Artificial Solutions is a leading international company offering Customer Service Optimization solutions.We help companies and organizations to reduce their cost for customer service while at the same time improving customer satisfaction.Our solutions enable automatic and semiautomatic service in natural language through channels such as web, telephone and e-mail.We are 120 employees and have offices in central Barcelona, Stockholm, Hamburg, Copenhagen, Madrid, Milan, London, Ljubljana and Paris.Our clients include IKEA, DKV, SAS, SFR (Vodafone France), TELE2, The Swedish Tax Agency, Telenor and E.ON. We are currently looking for one new Speech Expert who has a feel for new technologies, customer interaction, multilingual services and team management to work at our headquarters Barcelona office. A challengeable and broad role As a Speech Expert you will be the responsible in service design and speech recognition, as well as in controlling the total quality of the project.You will be involved in all the project life cycle: interface design, scoping and setting up objectives, analysis, implementation, validation, documentation, reporting and follow up.You will also work as a consultant, helping/recommending solutions that are in the best interest of our client's business, assisting our local and global Sales Teams in their presales tasks, actions and efforts, with prospect projects analysis and proposals.You should be meticulous, structured and feel at home in a continuously changing international working atmosphere, as you are: - An autonomous person who likes working in teams - Used to identify client's needs and business values for the client - Proactive, communicative, multipurpose and adaptable. Today You are nowadays working as a Speech Expert or Consultant, preferably in international projects, and you have at least 2 years of experience developing services for very different kind of clients and different sectors, Customer Support processes, Call Center solutions, multi-channeling, e-commerce, voice-commerce, ... You have worked with several ASR's, developing final solutions with them.Also you are familiar with grammar developing processes, tools and frameworks.You have also worked with the latest standards as SRGS or VXML for voice application implementation.Experience with natural language understanding would be very valuable.As you will work in an international environment, spoken and written English is a must, in addition to one or two of the following languages, as per the office post for which we are recruiting: Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, French and Italian.Take the next step, and contact Artificial Solutions!Be quick as we hire on short notice.
