Assignment Description
We are currently looking for an experienced SQL Developer to support a large-scale data migration and transformation initiative in a complex enterprise environment.
What You Will Work On
Develop and maintain SQL-based migration and transformation solutions
Execute and support large-scale migration of business-critical datasets
Design repeatable and controlled data processing workflows
Develop SQL logic for transformation, validation, and optimization
Build and maintain migration pipelines and execution processes
Construct and generate XML structures from relational data
Ensure consistency and integrity across source and target platforms
Support conversion and formatting of data between database environments
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders during migration activities
Improve performance and scalability of migration processes
Support quality assurance and reconciliation activities
Contribute to migration planning and execution governance

What You Bring
Strong experience as a SQL Server Developer
Experience executing data migration initiatives and bulk movement of large datasets
Good understanding of building and generating XML from SQL-based data
Experience creating repeatable data processing pipelines
Ability to ensure data consistency and integrity across systems during migration
Experience with SSIS and/or SSMA
Experience with job scheduling and queue management in SQL Server environments
Understanding of DB2 data formatting and code page conversion
Experience working across complex system landscapes and integrations
Professional proficiency in Swedish and English
Experience within banking, financial services, or insurance environments (mandatory)
