EA is looking for a highly motivated HR professional to join its dynamic HR team within the EA Studios organization. Our objective is very simple ? engage our greatest strategic asset (our people) to create a high-performing culture which will ultimately deliver bottom-line business results.



This is a strategic and demanding role in a very exciting, innovative and cutting-edge industry. As a vital member of the Business and HR community, you are responsible for driving programs and projects in the holistic HR space such as talent management, change management, compensation/benefits, global and internal mobility and working environment.



To be successful in this role, you need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with change, in addition to the ambiguity that sometimes comes with it. You need to be enthusiastic, flexible in your approach and open to learning. The role will be partnering with several EA business units in Stockholm, Sweden, such as: DICE, Frostbite, and ESN.



Key Focus Areas

?Effectively manage multiple programs and projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision, projects within; working environment, compensation & benefits, pension & insurance plans and global/internal mobility

?Provide coaching and first line HR support to leaders and co-workers

?Provide thoughtful and sometimes difficult feedback in a professional manner to employees across all levels of the organization

?Work together with the HR team to clearly identify and define necessary change initiatives within business units

?Analyze HR metrics and provide reports as required to support HR and management decision making.

?Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and engagement


Qualifications

?Program management; development and implementation of equality and working environment plans or similar

?Practical experience from enterprise compensation and benefits processes AND/OR Practical experience from global mobility

?Strong business acumen and people acumen skills ? able to frame HR initiatives and expertise in a business context. Insightful about how people will be affected as a result of business decisions.

?Ability to work cross-functionally and globally through a matrix organization to integrate and execute HR and business strategies

?Strong HR consulting skills, with a focus on both strategic and tactical execution

?Strong independent thinker with results focus ? able to quickly sort through information, form an opinion, and develop solutions

?Excellent at building and managing through relationships across the HR organization ? with peers, upwards, and with center of expertise partners.

?Must have a passion for the consumer, a drive for continuous improvement and a desire to win!
