Nu Creatives client is a global digital marketing and technology agency, blending insight, creativity and expertise to solve business problems. Being the largest genuine full-service agency of its kind in Europe, they provide the full range of digital capabilities, including digital strategy, branded content, service design, CRM, technology, managed hosting and support services. The Swedish offices work with some of Swedens' greatest brands and are considered Swedens' leading digital agency. Nu Creatives is helping them find a Senior Planner/Digital Strategist to join their largest Swedish team based in Gothenburg. The Job You will be working for a number of market leading clients at the early stages of engagement, where you are responsible for working with the client to determine the project objectives, communication strategy, creative strategy and key performance indicators. You are also expected to develop LBi's service offering as well as build long-term relationships with client stakeholders in key accounts. Your work will include leading strategy, research and analytics projects. You will work with client directors to identify strategic opportunities within key client relationships and work to bring in new clients. Your Profile Bringing to bear your brand communications and digital experience, you are an excellent practitioner of account planning within the digital, and a capable teacher and mentor. You are a motivated, can-do type of individual who thrives in an environment of entrepreneurial thinking and opportunity. Able to keep a healthy sense of perspective at all times, you are a structured thinker with well-developed EQ and persuasion skills. You balance a highly logical approach with strong creativity, digital literacy and a passion for developing digital business opportunities. When faced with a problem or new situation, you fall back on your wits and experience in consultative engagements to invent your way out. You are a strong team player, able to get the best out of others by providing shape and direction, but not afraid to get stuck in and roll your sleeves up. In short: your clients and peers want you to work on their projects. Attributes, Experience and Skills University degree 5+ years of experience in a consultancy, agency or on client side Experience from working with digital strategy and implementation across a variety of projects Notable client exposure and responsibility Excellent intuitive planning and people skills Excellent knowledge of digital media strategy, including social media Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong consultative selling skills, with substance Ability to engage and develop relationships with senior executives of clients and partners Excellent creative briefing skills Commercial awareness and understanding of the mechanics of the agency business Confidence to present at to clients at top management level Ability to present convincingly at large conferences Good working knowledge of user centred design Good working knowledge of trends in digital communication and digital business Highly brand literate Ability to manage the performance and development of others if required Excellent natural leadership skills Highly numerate and analytical Fluency in English and Swedish
