Main Purpose of the Role and Key Responsibilities: Purpose - Deliver Network Design and Optimization service to customer projects. - Understand the Customer challenges and manage the service delivery accordingly - Ensure best practices are being applied and sharing knowledge/experience with the NPO CoC in the Subregion. Key Responsibilities - Co-ordinate delivery in compliance to technical and commercial targets and requirements - Ensure right processes, features, tools are in use - Support risk minimizing in delivery projects with your actions - Ensure customer satisfaction with your actions - Support the NPO Project Managers and SBM with technical information & support on need basis - Support NPO Solutions Consultants and SSM on need basis Requirements: -Radio, HxPA, LTE technology skills -Detailed knowledge of network design and network optimization principles, rules and tools -Detailed know-how of NSN products and features relevant to network optimization services -Understanding of operator business drivers and technology Personal Attributes: -Customer oriented -High level of integrity -Working in Virtual teams -Creating and innovating Business Unit Description: Managed services is taking care of network operations related processes for telecommunication companies all over the world, as well as driving forward business with hosted solutions and network planning and optimization. Not all of the operators no longer regard such processes as part of their core activities and are concentrating instead on tasks such as sales and marketing to manage relationships with their end customers. With Managed Services operators gain cost advantages, improve service quality, reduce time-to-market and technological risks, and avoid idle resources. NPO is the new LoB (merger from ex NI/NwP and CSI/NSO organizations) in MS responsible for fixed and mobile network planning, optimization, service assurance and improvement and customized performance solutions.
