SSAB - is looking for a Service Manager to join our IT team in Oxelösund!

SSAB wants to be the first in the world to produce fossil-free steel, our plans are well under way, and we are now looking for a driven Service Manager for one or more of our systems within logistics. Would you like to join us on this exciting journey?

As a Service Manager, you will act as "project manager" for the management of several of our systems. In addition to leading the day-to-day system administration work, you will have assignments and/or projects in which you will investigate what influence these systems. You will work closely with the logistics operations team to gather needs and develop specifications. The role is both operational and strategic and you will keep track of the current situation as well as the future needs, to determine where the development is heading.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you have an interest in IT, several years of professional experience and have worked as a project manager in project management and/or system management. It will be meritorious if you have a University education in Systems Science or similar.
You are a driven person who wants to achieve results and you are good at planning and following up. You have a high sense of customer service, communicating and building good relationships comes easy for you.
You are motivated by driving system changes to achieve smooth business flows and like to work with many balls in the air. We like a solution-oriented approach and an attitude of nothing is impossible!
