About this opportunity:

Within BCSS Core Networks Engineering unit, Software Production System (SPS) builds and operates a compelling state of the art Software Production System, that gives BCSS R&D and Ericsson a competitive advantage in 5G, 6G and Cloud Native engineering with simple and stable engineering environments to enable every engineer in Ericsson to reach their full potential, SPS provides many common development and verification services such as development clouds, verification clouds, telecom networks, software pipelines, lab infra and tools to enable E2E engineering productivity.
Security compliance (ISO 27002, CNSC, SSDF…) is a key aspect of the internal IT services that Shared SW Pipeline (SSP) deliver to the BCSS PDUs. We are excited to launch a new position as IT Security Master to lead the secure SW development of the SSP programs in the spaces of BCSS SW Flow, Artificial Intelligence and Internal Development Platform. 

What you will do:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Master for BCSS CNE SPS SSP. This role requires a deep IT Security competence, and the skill to communicate, interact and lead both technology and cultural changes across the PDG. The successful candidate will secure the compliance of the services developed and operated by the SSP programs with the Ericsson secure SW development standards. The candidate will be as well a permanent member of the SSP E3 Setup as Security Lead, and the SSP representation in the SPS Security Masters Team.

Main responsibilities:


* Support SSP teams to perform ITCA, ORR, ADQ, ISRA, etc. and solve the identified deviations
* Participate and contribute in the SPS Security Chapter and the BCSS E3 Security forums as the SSP representative
* SSP representative in the BCSS/SAN Security meetings or exemption request boards
* SSP E3 Security Lead, supporting the Architect Lead, Tools Lead and Operations Manager with any matter related to IT security requirement (assess vulnerabilities, etc.)
* Secure communication “Bottom Up” & “Top Down”
* Bring concerns and deviations for further analysis and evaluation
* Establish a contacts’ network within their units for IT security issues
* Secure communication within their units and Teams
Collaborate with SPS Security Champion to improve SPS security standard


The skills you bring:

* MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
* Meaningful Software development and R&D experience
* Deep understanding of Cloud Native software development
* Professional IT Security competence (cryptography, operations security, cloud security…)
* Track record of lead both technology and cultural changes across large R&D organization
* Excellent technical leadership skills in line with Ericsson core values
* Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, speak & write English fluently
