We are now looking for a Staffing Partner to our customer Bisnode. This is an interim position as a consultant via Wise Professionals with start date no later than 15thof August. The assignment is full time for 6 months with a potential extension, or employment at Bisnode after the assignment.

As the Staffing Partner, you will be critical in attracting future talent and supporting our leaders in their talent agenda. Reporting to our Chief HR Officer, we are looking for a Staffing Partner responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs’ across our 18 European countries in sourcing and attracting the best talent to Bisnode. You will partly be dedicated to our Programme Management Office, where our strategic business initiatives are hosted and where all our initiatives are in an intense staffing period currently. You will also play an important role in developing our Talent Acquisition agenda for the Bisnode Group.

The ideal candidate should have experience from the full range of the staffing agenda and you should have a proven track record in understanding your client’s business drivers and thereby attracting the best talents in the market. Preferably, you have experience from assignments in multinational organizations with different stakeholders to align and partner with.

What’s your role?

- Responsible for the operational recruitment activities; job briefing, job ad creation, database- and proactive search of candidates, screening, interviews, reference checks, feedback sessions and recruitment administration

- Build strong relationship with line managers to understand business requirements
- Stay current on industry trends, market trends and best practices
- Actively collaborate and share knowledge and information with other team members
- Participating in regular team meetings within the company
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and search firms
- Design and project lead career events and other employer brand activities



Who are you?

- You have 3-5 years of experience of staffing, preferably within the IT/Tech recruitment including proactive search/sourcing. In-house staffing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience of how to effectively use social media in recruitments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, written and spoken in both English and Swedish
- University degree or similar
- Experience in developing and driving a successful Talent Acquisition agenda
- A positive “can do” attitude and a self-managing personality
- Strong business acumen
- Strong project management skills and a good sense for details
- Building strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders will be critical for your success
