The role

In this role you will mainly be responsible for our customer service processes. Please see the list below for details. You will report to our COO.

 

Key work tasks

- Sales support, back our sales team in daily tasks.

- Order management – manual order entry, as well as overseeing the order flow coming from B2B platform making sure any potential issues are resolved or escalated to higher priority

- Communicate with customers and solve day to day questions. Keep our customers satisfied, solve their problems and develop and anticipate our customers' needs.

- Communicate with our 3PL (Warehouse) to ensure orders are handled and distributed correctly

- Communicate with our Economic team to ensure invoices and Credits are handled correctly

- Various improvement projects to increase efficiency in processes at FHR Parts AB

About you

Professional experience has given you an understanding of customer service. You know how to communicate and handle most situations, especially when it comes to

customer orders. You are a “doer” and you are service minded in general. You love working from a computer with different IT systems; the ones you are not already familiar with, you learn fast. Overall, you are meticulous as you know that a small mistake can cost a lot of time and effort in the future. You are also used to working in smaller organizations in a broad (and flexible) role.

The FHR Parts AB (Förenade handelskompaniet för reservdelar) is a multinational company focusing on the Mobile Segment products related to recycled mobiles, Spare parts and Accessories.

Sells mainly to European countries, through our web shop. We are a diversified team with long experience from product development, sourcing, sales, e-commerce, marketing and distribution. We want to grow with our existing brands and through developing our customers that mainly are service shops.

Specific requirements

- 3+ years of relevant professional experience

- Proficiency level in both spoken and written English and Swedish

- Third language is a big plus for any of the following languages: Greek, Italian, France, German, Spanish, Arabic.

- Experience from working in Salesforce is a big plus.
