We are now looking for Store Managers in the Norrköping area JOB DESCRIPTION: *Manages a retail store engaged in selling video games, computer software and related merchandise. *Responsible for the daily operation of an individual store achieving sales, shrink, staffing and employee development goals. *Performs assigned tasks and duties associated with store operations ensuring compliance with Company procedures and policies.*Enthusiastically greets all customers determining what customer needs and selling products to best meet their need.Ensures that the staff is doing the same.*Under the direction of the Area/District/Regional Manager, provides effective leadership, recruits, hires, trains and develops staff.*Operates store efficiently within payroll and budget guidelines.*Implements marketing, promotional and pricing strategies as directed via the GameStop Head Office to maximize store sales and profits.*Plans and prepares work schedules within fiscal requirements and assigns employees to specific duties.The Store Manager reports to Area/District/Regional Manager. REQUIREMENTS High School graduate with minimum two years of retail and customer service experience as well as previous management experience.Interest in computer software/video games.Very good knowledge in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.Outgoing personality and professional business like appearance.Ability to provide friendly service to our customers and treat others with respect.
