Store Manager Najell Copenhagen

Najell designs and sells award-winning products for new and expecting parents. Our biggest product categories include baby carriers, baby nests and accessories for strollers. Here at Najell, you get the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing brand. Our turnover has increased with around 70% in the last couple of years and we intend to keep this up with plans of growing into a team of over 50 employees in 2025.
We are now entering an exciting new phase of our journey: opening our first physical store and Community Centre in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. We’re looking for a Store Manager who can lead, inspire, and bring our brand values to life.

The RoleAs Store Manager, you’ll be the face of Najell in Copenhagen, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming store environment. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, leading a small team, and hosting events to engage with the community.

Key responsibilities include:
Working on the shop floor and managing the day-to-day operations.
Planning and coordinating staff schedules and trainingsin line with company guidelines.
Building relationships with customers by offering helpful advice and excellent service.
Hosting weekly events to engage with customers and build a strong local community.
Ensuring the store’s visual presentation follows brand standards.


Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you:
Have 3-5 years of experience in retail or customer service, ideally in a hands-on leadership role.
Are passionate about creating meaningful customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Are organized and enjoy working in a structured way.
Bonus: Experience hosting events or building communities!
Are excited about being part of a growing brand in a dynamic retail environment.
