Job Description
Ramboll introduced our new strategy “The Partner for Sustainable Change” this year. You will join our Talent Acquisition organisation and our team of Strategic Advisors
As our new Strategic Advisor TA for Sweden you will be part of a team consisting of Strategic Advisors in Europe. 6 bright minds strong, spread across Northern Europe reporting into a Lead localized in Norway. We collaborate on projects and development of the role, tools and content.
The role in Sweden collaborates also with the wider Swedish HR and communication community and has a strong relation to the HR Director.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Develop a deep understanding of the talent landscape in relevant Country and Markets
Engage with aligned country and Markets and work in partnership to shape recruiting strategy to drive the successful recruitment of talent
Drive recruiting strategy design, ensuring recruitment plans are scoped
Ensure the regional recruiting team are informed and aligned to support as required to deliver on hiring needs
Act as account manager and report on delivery and progress and re-align strategy as required
Recruitment vendor management on behalf of Ramboll Sweden

7+ years of recruitment experience encompassing delivery, process design, analytics and system administration
Experience in designing recruiting strategy, gaining agreement, oversight of implementation and performance.
Experienced in stakeholder management preferably in a large matrix organisation.
Relevant MSc degree or equivalent educational background.

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: collaborative and have an influential style with the ability to gain support for strategies, drive others into action and be able to think creatively and pragmatically about solutions. Organizational savvy, working and partnering with business and HR delivering against business needs through problem solving and relationship building skills.
