Strategic Purchaser Production Supplies & Facilities

We are looking for a business driven Strategic Purchaser that have experience of executing and delivering results and enjoys leading sourcing activities and interacting with stakeholders and suppliers. You have negotiation skills and manages contracts and relationships with suppliers autonomously.

Your role

You will be responsible for executing a wide range of sourcing projects within Production Supplies & Facilities at Group Procurement. In your role you will also be responsible of subcategories, supplier relationship management and contracts.

The main tasks are:

* Set, develop and execute sub category strategies
* Perform and lead sourcing projects
* Responsible of Supplier Governance and Contracts
* Deliver performance improvements, compliance and cost reduction
* Lead collaboration and communication with cross functional teams
* Place purchase orders and enable efficient digital solutions within P2P

Your profile

Required skills:

* Relevant University degree, or equivalent job experience
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* English and Swedish, verbal and written
* Excellent collaboration, analyse and communication skills
* Business driven


Desired skills:

* Experience from Procurement or Supply Chain
* Experience of leading commercial teams
* Experience within Production Supply area or/and Facility Management
* Interest in continues improvements and digitalization
* Performance driven

The Group Procurement organization consists of 44 experienced colleagues, primarily of buyers and experts within areas such as Category Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Procure to Pay, Legal, Business Analysis, Process Method & Tool development and Business Solution Management.
