About the job
The main purpose of your job is to create, implement and execute our pricing strategies, which you do in close collaboration with Sales, Finance, Offer Management and Offer Pricing. To develop pricing strategies for turnkey projects and MTM partners as well as for distributors, you also work closely with our Strategic Relations organization.

Your responsibilities include:
Supporting the Strategic Relation (SR) Managers and Machine Tool Solution (MTS) Managers, responsible for strategic and global customers by giving price and discount management recommendations in order to maximize price development with global customers
Implementing pricing and commercial strategies for strategic and global accounts, including set up of pricing agreements
Supporting account managers in SR, MTS and in selected cases to local markets with preparation of negotiation tactics in price-related and profitability areas, and also in the actual negotiation
Creating price simulations and price concept solutions suitable for the company and customers
Working closely with the global product pricing department in order to implement a pricing strategy
Planning and monitoring of discounts and prices as well as analyzing price and discount simulations which include global cross-border accounts
Creating price lists and monitoring customer price lists
Discount – benchmarking, control and after care
Creating Information and training material
Monitoring competition prices

The primary location for this position is Kista, Sweden. International travel is a natural part of your job.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in Business or Economics with emphasis on marketing, distribution or finance. You have extensive work experience in a relevant field, where you’ve acquired good knowledge of procurement processes, experience of sales negotiations, and IT skills. You have relevant knowledge of, or the ability to learn fast about, our total product and service offering. You have strong analytical and educational skills, and the ability to work in a multinational environment, taking cultural aspects into consideration. Experience of Account Management or Sales Management in the manufacturing industry is an advantage. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent skills in English, verbally and in writing.
Being a strategic thinker with a holistic view gives you the ability to act on both short and long-term goals. Your excellent organizational skills and capability to identify and express the needs of others are key to success in this job. With your excellent communication skills, you build strong relationships based on trust and honesty and you have no problem in acting cross functionally and cross borders. Finally, your natural way of networking gives you a good understanding of stakeholder needs.
