Responsibilities
As a Strategic Sourcing Manager you will coordinate, lead and drive  Sourcing projects in a Global cross-functional environment and to actively participate in the development of Indirect procurement within the company. In your role you will be responsible for sourcing projects within indirect procurement  where you will lead procurement activities in close cooperation with stakeholders within  the organisation.


Daily tasks could be:


Develop and implement Sourcing and Supplier strategies 
Independently drive the entire purchasing process from start to finish towards  agreed objectives and within agreed deadlines 
Lead cross-functional projects and manage relations with key stakeholders and  suppliers 
Be responsible for negotiations with various suppliers and follow-up on signed  agreements and deliverables 
Measure and monitor performance within your projects 
Continuously contribute to the evolvement of our purchasing processes and supporting processes

You will be a part of an Indirect Procurement team of 5 people and you will report to Director of Indirect Procurement. 

Working hours
Start immediately and continues for 4 month initially
Stockholm/remote
Mon-fri, officehours, full-time


Qualifications


 5-10 years of experience from a wide  role in purchasing where you have been responsible for the entire purchasing process
You have a relevant University degree or equivalent and solid experience in running successful purchasing projects
You are a successful negotiator who is knowledgeable in agreements and have good knowledge of both commercial and legal terms
You have experience running change management projects and working with many different  stakeholders, preferably cross border
Good communication skills
Fluent in English and are not afraid to challenge
You are independent but  good at cooperating with others and like to drive change
Experienced user in Excel and PowerPoint 
Excellent analytical skills


Good to have:
Experiences from the pharmaceutical industry
