The Group is now looking to strengthen the team with a Strategic Sourcing Specialist who will be responsible for running sourcing processes within predefined product categories; from data collection and analysis to the final contract negotiation.You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and focus on minimising overall costs within your specific area. You will prepare and carry out analysis and market surveys and develop specialist knowledge within the specific product categories.You will also participate in the preparation of strategies and action plans for the Kwintet Group's different product categories. You will be working in a high-pressure work environment with constant deadlines and demands.At times, extensive travel can be required. Background You have 2-5 year's experience in strategic sourcing and a relevant academic background.We presume that you have practical experience in negotiating with suppliers and are able to document sound business acumen.It is very important that you have: - Fluency in written and spoken English -Excellent IT-skills, especially within Excel and PowerPoint Personality: As a person you are both ambitious, result-oriented and have strong analytical skills.You constantly strive to over-achieve and out-perform yourself and your previous achievements.You enjoy working independently as well as in a team.You tend to motivate yourself, and do not mind long hours and pressing deadlines.
