About the role
We are looking for you who want contribute to the development of the E.ON Energidistribution strategy and business portfolio, also in collaboration with the E.ON group. You will get the possibility to plan, manage and participate in cross-divisional strategy projects as part of the strategy implementation work, e.g. in the focus areas sustainability, customer focus or culture and competence. You will also support the execution of the strategy in the organization as a Strategic Business Partner to the respective business units.

In addition to the above, you will :
* Contribute to the strategic and political positioning of the company
* Analyze and evaluate competitors, markets, technologies and economical changes that have an impact on E.ON Energidistribution's overall business and derive options for action
* Consult the E.ON Energidistribution Leadership Team with strategic recommendations and support the CEO as part of the CEO Office
* Present project results and decision proposals to steering committees on top management levels 
* Develop and evaluate strategic (portfolio) measures or individual transactions that drive E.ON Energidistribution in the targeted direction

About you that we want to hire
In order for you to have the best opportunities to succeed in the role, we hope that you have demonstrable affinity with, and knowledge of the energy transition and energy networks.
You probably have university degree preferably in business administration, economics, strategic management or engineering (or similar), you could come from a trainee program and its positive if you have some working experience in project management or strategy, ideally in the energy sector.

As a person, we would like you to have very good project management skills and the ability to independently own and drive projects/ modules/work packages within bigger teams. You probably have excellent problem-solving skills and confidence to apply common strategy tools as well as the ability to understand and assimilate complex topics quickly.
If you also have strong skills in analyzing business opportunities, competitors, or market changes, deriving options for action, and presenting them to top management then you fit perfectly for the role!

You speak and write fluent English and have no problem working in an international environment.
