We are seeking a Student- och Projektkoordinator to coordinate student ministry initiatives and provide administrative support to our local leadership.
Position Overview:
The Student- och Projektkoordinator is a full-time position responsible for mentoring student leaders, coordinating student programs, and supporting key administrative projects. This role ensures the effective operation of student-focused programs and strategic activities, including public events and student engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Coordination:
Mentor and train student leaders in planning and leading student-led initiatives and fostering personal growth.
Coordinate with external organizations and partners serving students.
Follow up with students attending programs to foster engagement.
Support student-focused events through logistics, participant engagement, and leader training.
Project and Administrative Coordination:
Assist senior staff with administrative responsibilities, including external communication with key partners and organizational support.
Support projects linked to the advanced training program, including event coordination and documentation.
Maintain internal communication, records, and project follow-up.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field required; education in Biblical Studies, Global Studies, or Intercultural Communication is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-cultural work, and extensive language-learning
Minimum 3 years of experience in mentorship, leadership training, and program coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Native-like proficiency in English.
