Substitutes to Bladins After School Care (fritids)

Bladins School is an independent School located in Malmö, consisting of a Preschool, Compulsory School, an International School and an Upper Secondary School, in total approximately 1700 students.



We are now looking for applications from dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to work as a substitute and help out covering hours at our International School´s After School Care but also within the classroom during school hours.

Bladins International School of Malmö (BISM) is authorised to deliver the IB Primary- and Middle years programmes. The school has about 220 children within the After School Care organisation.

Role description:

As a Student Development Coach (SDC) you will support and motivate students in their learning both inside and outside of the classroom. In addition to this you will organise and lead After-School Care (Fritids) activities, providing our students with meaningful leisure time.

Requirements:

- Experience of working with children in an educational setting

- Strong sense of empathy and ability to build relationships with the students

- Energetic and creative personality with interest in play-based learning

- Proactive and flexible approach

- Knowledge and understanding of the PYP IB Programme is an advantage

- Good English, both written and spoken
