To succeed in this role, you need experience with databases (SQL) and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (i.e. Qlik Sense or Power BI). Experience with process mapping and basic programming is an advantage but not a requirement. We see that you have good knowledge both in writing and orally in both Swedish and English.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
In your role, you are responsible for development, maintenance and providing support to the Swedish IKEA companies in your area. While your main responsibility is development, maintenance and support of current BI solution, you will also be involved in many other projects.
• Support HR tasks of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• Delivery of business intelligence (BI) and insights from payroll system to end users.
• SQL Database management.
• Qlik Sense project development, data visualisation and delivery of insights.
• General continuous process development internally within the team and function.
• Internal support in matters connected to IT and BI.
Within these areas, it is in the role of driving, developing the process and representing the Swedish organization in cooperation with IKEA's global HR and IT organizations. To your help, you have HRSC employees for the various sub-areas.
OUR TEAM WITHIN IKEA
You will belong to Ingka AB and your location will be in Älmhult. Ingka AB enable IKEA companies in Sweden to focus on their core business and offer shared services within HR, Finance Legal, Meeting & Facility that creates great value for a growing IKEA.
With our contribution we support and create a seamless HR-processes for both co-workers and colleagues. You will be a part of the Systems team at the HR Service Centre. The team consists of different smaller groups with specific responsibilities in different areas. The group you will be assigned to maintains the HR tasks of RPA solutions, BI development and process mapping.
