Supervising Chef/Sous Chef required for a busy english-speaking brunch restaurant in Odenplan.
Greasy Spoon is a popular brunch restaurant in Stockholm, we have two locations and operate 7 days a week. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Chef/Sous Chef to lead a team of high-energy, unique and passionate individuals.
You have a minimum of 3 years cooking experience and 1 experience is leadership is a big plus. You will help the Kitchen Manager lead our busy kitchen team, and take responsibility for tasks such as ordering, prep sheets, and daily operations. Brownie points if you have worked in brunch before.
We are looking for an energetic and hands-on person who is ready to guide, motivate and lead a fun and hard working team.
