You will be part of the service organization for ABB Motion, Motors & Generators, in Västerås. Your responsibilities
Perform supply quality issue resolution including supplier claims preparation.
Support production with activities related to non-conformities from suppliers.
Coordinate work with production, engineering and suppliers.
Lead supplier performance evaluation and supplier quality development activities including the internal supplier quality forum.
Quality surveillance at supplier manufacturing site.
Establish, develop and maintain local supplier quality related procedures & practices, based on global procedures and secure full supplier management in ProSupply.
Support supplier onboarding.
Ensure each supplier is in compliance with the ABB Supplier Code of Conduct, ethics and corporate governance, ABB standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Your background
A high level of technical understanding and knowledge.
More than 2 years of work experience within the relevant field or a Bachelor or Master degree in a technical area.
High level of analytic skills with a questioning attitude.
Good communication and cooperation skills to be able to collaborate with all levels of the organization, as well as suppliers and customers.
Solid knowledge in MS Office, experience in production processes and measurement techniques is considered an advantage.
You are a team player, driven, structured and result-oriented.
Fluency in Swedish and English, written and verbal, is a requirement.
