Your role
Are you passionate about innovations and do you want to join Altran as SQE for one of our brand-new product areas?
We now seek a highly qualified SQE within the Electronics and Mechatronics area to support one of our Industry customer in the Gothenburg area.
This role will focus on knowledge of quality assurance of suppliers who also develop software and knowledge of manufacturing processes of, among others, PCBA.
Main tasks
Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving the supplier quality assurance and development system in the commodity.
Perform audits on new and existing suppliers with the purpose of evaluating the expected quality or sustainability performance of the supplier and provide relevant information into supplier selection decision forums and commodity management.
Guide the suppliers in the APQP and PPAP process and evaluate/approve the result of the suppliers APQP and PPAP work.
Be involved in internal and external drawing reviews to synchronize the demands in order to reduce risk and avoid miss understanding, be involved supplier selection, tooling approved process
Develop strategic suppliers.
Work with suppliers and their related departments to achieve all individual KPIs and give support if needed.

Your profile
· To be relevant for the role you need to have minimum a bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or other relevant discipline.


· You have a senior job-profile with minimum 8 years of experience working as SQE in relevant areas as well as demonstrated experience in performing assessments of new and existing suppliers.


· Your experience and understanding of working with supplier quality related topics and manufacturing engineering are good as well as your knowledge in quality engineering, audit processes and relevant certifications.


· It is also important that you have knowledge and experience of working with quality systems methods and quality engineering practices (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis, Lean manufacturing concepts, etc.).
We are looking for a quality minded person with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
It is important that you are self-motivated, result driven / goal oriented and good at collaborating.
Fluent English both orally and in writing is required.
