SUPPLY CHAIN ADMINISTRATOR

North Trampoline are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to strengthen our team during our peak season. In this position you will function as a support to your colleges in the Supply Chain organization. The team consists of three helpful and experienced colleagues. You will also work closely with our Customer Experience team, making sure we deliver an outstanding experience to our customers.

The role:
- Ensure our Supply Chain is running as smoothly as possible.
- Monitor inbound and outbound orders
- Manage customer returns
- Manage dropship orders
- Daily coordination and problem-solving with our distribution centers.
- Monitor that system integrations are running
- Support and participate on various Supply Chain projects, ensure projects needs and timeline are met in the best possible way.
- Support our CX organization
- Other various tasks within the department
You:
- Relevant education in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Administration.
- and/or relevant working experience within similar roles, such as Buyer/Supply Chain Coordinator, etc.
- Experience of working with ERP systems. Microsoft Business Central in particular
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Skilled user of Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel
- Fluent in English and Swedish; both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
- A self-starter, able to complete duties and responsibilities.

- Strong sense of ownership and proactive attitude

- Treats people with respect

Additional Information:
This is a fulltime temporary position starting 2022-02-15 to 2021-08-15. Usual Workhours are from 08:30 to 17:00
