Do you have accounting and reporting skills and a Business Controller background? Would you like to put your mark on a developing Supply Chain organization within Epiroc?

We are looking for an analytical and proactive Business Controller to join our Supply chain team! We are a very international team, from diverse backgrounds, working closely towards different countries in Europe, Middle East and North Africa, as well as supporting other regions. With us you will be able to explore and support change in an exciting and challenging environment that is Supply Chain.


Your mission
As Supply Chain Business Controller, you will contribute to Supply Chain by using your accounting and reporting skills to strategically support management in different business contexts in the region.

You will be an active member of the Supply Chain Regional Management team, and work closely with other Business controllers in the region on supply chain financial reporting, business follow-up and financial planning. Part of your job is also to supervise and support the Distribution Center Controllers, without the formal managerial responsibility.

You will play an important part in implementing a stable controlling environment and secure a high financial level of understanding in the Supply Chain organization. This will achieved by spreading information and actively working with the common strategy and activities that have been set for the region. You will support in our regional supply chain transformation projects, and also take responsibility for the assignments and projects designated for performance control and analysis.


Your profile
For this position we require an academic degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or the equivalent experience. You must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Controlling and good knowledge of accounting and reporting. Any Supply Chain and/or Operations experience is beneficial. Fluent English language skills both verbally and written is required, other languages is a plus.

We think you are proactive and have a daring mindset, to bring continuous improvement and new ideas to the team. You are great with numbers, as well as people, to efficiently carry out our strategy in cooperation with our other Business controllers.


Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
