Supply Chain Coordinator

Occlutech is the leader in developing innovative products for the treatment of structural heart disease. The Company manufactures, develops, sells and markets Class III medical devices for the transcatheter repair of structural heart defects, including a range of specialized devices for patients with atrial fibrillation or heart failure, in over 90 markets around the world.
Occlutech operates facilities in Germany, Turkey and Sweden.


As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be a key team member and team leader of the Supply Chain team based in Helsingborg. You will be responsible for coordinating the daily supply chain activities, including forecasting, inventory control and management. We are looking for a person with highly developed interpersonal skills, with great organizational skills, a structured mind and with leadership skills.

Your work will focus on
· Training of processes within Supply Chain
· Proactively monitor, investigate and resolve problems to prevent supply shortages, stockouts and missed revenue
· Cooperation with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient planning
· Deliver and execute a plan to build the capacity of the Supply Chain department
· Handle supplier related matters including purchasing, supplier approval and monitoring
· Assist Supply Chain Manager when needed
· Packaging of products
· Goods receival
· Assist with regular removal/discarding of excess cartons from supplier deliveries
· Perform other duties as required from the Supply Chain Manager


Who are you?
We are looking for someone with the ability to maintain an overview of the tasks at hand, and who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. It is important that you can switch priorities quickly and can identify and analyze needs using forecast, usage and inventories.
As a person, you are positive and proactive, a team-oriented person with a self-motivation attitude. You can see the whole picture, but also be able to get things done yourself. In addition, you have great communication and coordination skills.
You are fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
