Northvolt has an exciting job offer for Supply Chain Coordinator to join Battery Systems’ Supply chain team in our fast-paced daily operations, working in a truly international and cross-functional setting on the front line of product development. The role is focused on securing material readiness by working hands-on with our international vendor base, as well as our internal logistics, manufacturing and engineering teams. Place of work is Stockholm, sharing time between the headquarter in Kungsholmen and our new Lab facility in Solna.

Main responsibilities include:

- Support our teams to place Purchase orders and secure material readiness for materials and services, including securing and managing required internal approvals. Identify suitable (alternative) suppliers for ad-hoc situations/needs.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with the international vendor base and work proactively to solve and negotiate solutions to problems as they occur
- Support the release and change processes of BOM-data from PLM-system to ERP, including ensuring items contains required attributes/information. Manage deviations on items/drawings with the designers and engineers
- Where needed, support development of internal packaging instructions (non-dangerous goods) together with the respective product owner/s. Help coordinate Northvolt’s labelling/traceability demands for suppliers with the Industrialization team for clear communication with suppliers
- Support various ongoing Supply Chain projects and supplier initiatives to ensure project needs and timelines are met in best possible way
- Create and send NDAs to external suppliers according to established process. Create and send RFI campaigns to external suppliers, analyze and distribute answers to stakeholders

Education/Experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain field, or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience working with Supply chain in an industrial setting

Specific Skills/Abilities

- Excellent communication and project management skills

Fluent in English and additional languages are a plus

Experience from having worked in an international fast-paced setting

Experience in working with ERP systems, warehousing, production planning and the purchase-to-pay (P2P) process

- Has a can do attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
