Supply chain coordinator to Vattenfall, Stockholm

To our customer Vattenfall, we are now looking for a Supply chain coordinator with a minimum of three years relevant work experience in a similar position, preferable with a technical background with a qualification in electrical and/or mechanical discipline. The overall purpose is to ensure that the O&M organization keep the right materials in stock and can source required materials in an efficient and cost effective way. This position is full time, start as soon as possible until 2022-10-31.

Ansvarsområden
As a Supply chain coordinator you will be organizationally employed in the Supply chain team within BU Offshore and will support O&M both on- and offshore. The overall purpose is to ensure that the O&M organization keep the right materials in stock and can source required materials in an efficient and cost effective way. You will managing, monitoring, analyzing, and improving the system for replenishment of stock (MRP setup). Furthermore, your responsibility will be to understand the business needs in the context of a fleet perspective across Vattenfalls windfarms. You will forecast future needs short-, mid-, and long term.


As Supply chain coordinator you will have the following key deliverables/activities:
Maintain outline agreements, stock parameters, source lists, and prices in SAP
Regularly review and optimize stock parameters together with local experts at site
Monitor the supply management system and resolve issues where needed
Monitor and analyze the material consumption of our sites
Forecasting future needs when needed
Measure delivery performance and analyze price developments
Handle turbine down orders
Provide vendor and price information to the material creation process
Identify supply chain bottlenecks and develop solutions

In addition, you need the following qualifications:
Relevant university degree or equal, with a minimum of three years relevant work experience in a similar position preferable with a technical background with a qualification in electrical and/or mechanical discipline.  
Solid understanding of supply chain and supplier management 
Your command of English is strong, both verbally and written
