Supply Chain Manager

Leads the SCM and project support function in Sweden
Allocate resources to and personally work with Linxon ́s tenders and projects
Build close relationship with Linxon ́s supplier to leverage this relationship in Linxon ́s favor
Drive negotiation with suppliers
Drive and handled supplier non-performances and claims
Ensure supplier OTD, and quality
Develop Linxon's existing supplier base and introduce new suppliers
5 years of experience in SCM function ideally in the EPC environment
Strong leadership background as line manager or project manager
Worked in a project Oriented business, big advantage if the candidate has worked a PM
Strong commercial background, handling price negotiations, T&C, claims, supplier non-performance etc
Experiencing in developing existing supplier base, as well as introducing new suppliers.
Fluency in English - both written and spoken
Fluency in Swedish is a great advantage
