Supply Chain Management within Transmission & Access is responsible for the global supply chains for Microwave products.It involves securing and developing the right processes and ways of working to get an excellent delivery performance, lead time, quality and cost that meet our customers demand.Our goal is to have an effective supply chain with a high customer satisfaction.The unit is situated in Borås, Sweden.Description The Supply Chain Manager secures the operational excellence in the supply chain by defining, lead and implements changes and processes.The Supply Chain Manager coordinates cross-functional teams and improvements within supply. An example can be that for a certain region analyze a specific customer demand.Thereafter suggest a change and implement this according to the parameters lead time, cost and quality.To do this, knowledge about Ericsson processes and products plus a country's specific laws and export/import rules is needed.
