Supply Chain Specialist

Job DescriptionOn behalf of our client, we are looking for an SCM Specialist to support procurement activities and ensure efficient and compliant sourcing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for executing supply chain management tasks in line with approved procedures, managing purchase orders with accuracy and compliance, and maintaining system records for orders and delivery schedules. You will communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, negotiate terms, and resolve discrepancies while coordinating deliveries to ensure timely arrival of materials and goods. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, including inventory, logistics, and finance, to optimize procurement processes and support regional and global sourcing initiatives, including e-sourcing activities when required.
Qualifications You have experience in operational purchasing and supply chain management.
You have high proficiency in procurement systems and order management tools.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You are based near Ludvika, Sweden.

Admission and ApplicationFull time, office hours. Our client want the consultant to start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-08-24 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Ludvika.
